We collect the following information when you use the Platform:

• Account information — your email address when you register
• Profile information — your gamertag, Discord handle, platform (PS5/Xbox), and any social links you choose to add
• Team information — your team name and members you register with
• Tournament activity — match results, score submissions, and screenshots you upload
• Match chat messages — messages sent in in-game match chats on the Platform
• Payment information — entry fee payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Run tournaments, manage brackets, and display leaderboards
• Process entry fee payments via Stripe
• Issue refunds where applicable under our Refund Policy
• Send Discord notifications about tournament status
• Investigate rule violations or disputes
• Improve the Platform

4. Stripe Payments

Entry fee payments are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you pay an entry fee, your payment information is sent directly to Stripe and governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive confirmation of payment and a transaction ID but never store your full card details.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is stored in the United States. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Score screenshots are stored in Supabase Storage and are accessible to tournament administrators for verification purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:

• Stripe — for payment processing only
• Supabase — for database and storage hosting
• Discord — webhook notifications for tournament events (no personal data beyond tournament outcomes)

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and security of the Platform and its users.

7. Public Information

The following information is visible to other users of the Platform:

• Your gamertag and team name
• Your tournament results and stats (wins, losses)
• Social links you choose to add to your public profile
• Champion status if you win a tournament

Your email address is never displayed publicly.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

To exercise these rights, contact us via Discord. Note that deleting your account will remove your tournament history and profile but will not reverse completed transactions.

9. Cookies

We use session storage and local storage in your browser to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Stripe may use cookies as part of their payment processing service.

10. Children's Privacy

This Platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us via Discord and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top when changes are made. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
