Refund Policy

✅ When You WILL Receive a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund of your entry fee in the following situations:

• Tournament cancelled by admin — if we cancel a tournament for any reason before or after it starts, all entry fees will be fully refunded
• Tournament cancelled due to insufficient teams — if a tournament does not reach the minimum number of teams required to run, all entry fees will be fully refunded
• Tournament cancelled due to excessive no-shows — if the tournament cannot proceed due to too many teams not checking in or going missing, all remaining entry fees will be fully refunded
• Technical failure on our end — if a platform or payment error prevents the tournament from running, full refunds will be issued

❌ When You Will NOT Receive a Refund

Entry fees are non-refundable in the following situations:

• Once the tournament has started — no refunds after the bracket has been generated and the tournament is live, regardless of when you are eliminated
• Player no-show — if your team fails to show up for your match, no refund will be issued
• Player disqualification — if you are disqualified for rule violations, cheating, or unsportsmanlike conduct, no refund will be issued
• Failure to check in — if you do not check in during the check-in window and lose your spot, no refund will be issued
• Voluntary withdrawal — if you choose to leave or forfeit a tournament after it has started, no refund will be issued
• Game-related issues — lag-outs, disconnects, console issues, or EA Sports server problems are not grounds for refund

How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. When a refund is approved:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at registration
• Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
• You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated
• Stripe processing fees may be deducted from refunds in some cases

How to Request a Refund

Please include your email address, the tournament name, and the reason for your refund request. We will review and respond within 48 hours.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from the Platform. We take chargebacks seriously and will provide full transaction documentation to dispute any fraudulent claims. If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first and we will work to resolve it.
